Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Items (Take It Literally branded products) All print-on-demand items are made to order and are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will make it right.

All Other Products For all other items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at caf.financials@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at caf.financials@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
